麻豆社事件

 The purpose of the Northwest 麻豆社事件 IB World Middle School Student Council Association is to serve as a medium through which the ideas and opinions of the student body may be presented to faculty and administration, to improve student participation in school activities and promote school spirit and morale. Representatives will act as the ultimate representatives of the student population by pursuing ideas of interest of the student body. The sponsors of the student council wish to foster student leadership in a democratic environment.

Student Council is open to students of all grade levels. Any sixth-grade student wishing to participate may run for the office of grade-level representative. Any seventh-grade student wishing to participate may run for the office of grade level representative, secretary, or Vice President. Any eighth-grade student wishing to participate may run for the office of grade level representative, secretary, Vice President, or President. Participation fees will be $50 which will cover an organization shirt and dues to attend a student council workshop. The student will be given information from the sponsors in late September to be working on their campaign. Sponsors will host a speechwriting workshop to help students construct their campaign speeches.
