Speech and Debate Team

Sponsors: Mr. G. McGee and Ms. S. RobertsonNorthwest 麻豆社事件 

Who can participate: 6th, 7th, and 8th grades

What: Students compete in speech, debate, acting, and interpretation competitions with students from across the state.

Why it exists: This club enhances academic skills, public speaking skills, and social skills

When: Team practice is each Wednesdays and Thursdays after school until 5:00 p.m. Tournaments take place 3-4 times a year on Saturdays.

Where: Practice takes place in Room 121 (Mr. McGee). The team travels to tournaments across the state.

How: Audition applications will be given in September. Students will pick them up and return them.
