Scanning to Email- Ensure you are correctly logged into the copier. You must see your correct email address in the upper right corner of the screen. If you do not see your correct JPS email address, you will not be able to scan to email.

- Place your document on the glass or in the document feeder and select Scan to Myself and follow the screen directions to scan.
- Be sure to select "Simplex" to remove blank pages from the scan if there are multiple one-sided pages. Simplex only scans one side of the paper.
Printing to the New Secure Printing Input- In order to print to the copiers, the Uniflow Online application must be installed and the icon must be in the system tray and the user must be logged into the computer and have a working PIN code and/or proximity card that is correctly registered in Uniflow.
- The Uniflow Online application has been "pushed" to all JPS computers, including laptops. If you do not see the icon in the system tray, turn the computer completely off so it is completely powered off. Wait 2 minutes and turn it back on and see if the application appears. This video shows where to find the icon in the system tray and print.
- If you are able to see the new Uniflow application in the system tray and select Secure Printing Input to print your document, but the print jobs are not on the copier, please follow the troubleshooting steps below before calling the helpdesk or putting in a service request.
- Turn off the computer and wait, and turn it back on again. The power MUST BE COMPLETELY OFF.
- Make sure you are logged into the computer with your JPS username and password.
- Verify that your PIN and your proximity card are correctly registered in Uniflow online. This video reviews how to verify and re-register your card or create a new PIN.
- Verify that you see your email address in the upper right-hand corner of the copier screen after you enter your PIN or scan your card. If you don't see your email address, that means your card and/or PIN is not correctly registered. Please re-register your card and get a new PIN if necessary.
