Coach Guyton is in her 7th season as the Head Volleyball coach. Before coming to Peeples Middle School, she was the head Basketball and track coach at Nichols and Porter Middle School in Canton, Mississippi. She lead the Peeples Volleyball team to almost a perfect record in 2018. She has won the South Division Championship in 2018 losing one game and that was in the Championship. She has made 3 appearances in the South Division Championships.

Coach Guyton has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Physical Education. She is exited to continue to build a successful volleyball, basketball and track tradition at Peeples Middle School.

Her coaching philosophy is: centered around three core principles- commitment, selflessness, and team unity. Her core values focus on being open and honest with his layers while holding them accountable for their efforts. Coach Guyton focus on embracing growth, which entails the need to focus on how to get better every day in order to succeed later.
