- How long have you been teaching?
I have been teaching for 11 years in 麻豆社事件 Public Schools. This experience has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the diverse needs of my students. - What is a major goal you want to accomplish this year?
This year, my major goal is to enhance the individualized support I provide to my students. I aim to implement more personalized learning strategies that cater to their unique learning styles and help the resourced population to achieve greater independence and success in the classroom. - Why do you enjoy teaching?
I enjoy teaching because it runs in my family and it's in my blood. I come from a long line of teachers. My grandmother, grandfather, mother, and more were all teachers or professors. Teaching allows me to make a positive impact on my students' lives. Witnessing their growth, celebrating their successes, and helping them overcome challenges is incredibly fulfilling to me. Teaching is very personal to me because I love fostering a love of learning, curiosity, and critical thinking skills. - What are you most excited about for this upcoming school year?
I am most excited about the opportunity to collaborate with my colleagues and integrate more hands-on activities into our curriculum.
